Management board
Vladislav Hadjidinev Member of The Board of Director/ Executive Officer Vladislav Hadjidinev Mr. Vladislav Hadjidinev joined the Bank in 2015 as Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of UNIBank AD Skopje. With the change in the organizational chart in 2016, Mr. Hadjidinev was appointed Chief Financial Officer, Member of the Board of Director and Executive Officer. Since May 2019, with the new organizational chart, Mr. Hadjidinev has been performing the functions of Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors. Before that, Mr. Hadjidinev was part of First Investment Bank AD Sofia, Bulgarian National Bank and Advi Corp in London. In his career, he has gained experience in Private Banking, Investment Portfolio Management and Securities Trading. Mr. Hadjidinev is responsible in the Bank for the operation of: Finance and Accounting Unit, Risk Management Unit; Problematic Placements Management Unit; Information Technology Unit; Payment Systems Unit, Card Operations Unit and Credit Administration Unit. Mr. Hadjidinev does not hold other positions except the positions in the Bank.
Milka Todorova CEO/President of the Board of Directors Milka Todorova Mrs. Milka Todorova started working at Universal Investment Bank AD Skopje - UNI Bank in 2011 as a member of the Supervisory Board, a position she held until 2018. Since 2019, Mrs. Milka Todorova has been performs the functions of Executive Officer and President of the Board of Directors of UNIBank AD Skopje, and with the changes to the by-laws, she performs the functions of Chief Executive Officer and President of the Board of Directors of UNIBank AD Skopje. Mrs. Milka Todorova is responsible in the Bank for the operations of: Legal Affairs Unit, Regulatory Compliance Control Service, Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Service, Corporate Banking Unit, Retail Banking Unit, Credit Center Unit, Human Resources Unit and Marketing and Advertising Unit. Before joining the bank, Mrs. Milka Todorova worked and held several positions in First Investment Bank AD Sofia as: credit expert for corporate banking, deputy corporate banking officer, Retail Lending Unit Officer as well as a member of the Board of Directors. Also in the period 2013-2014 she was the executive officer of Unionbank AD Sofia. Mrs. Todorova is an independent member of the supervisory board of International Card System AD Skopje.
Delcho Krastev Member of The Board of Director/ Executive Officer Delcho Krastev Mr. Delcho Krastev started working at Universal Investment Bank AD Skopje - UNI Bank in 2003 as Corporate Lending Unit Officer. In 2008, Mr. Krastev was appointed Executive Officerr and Member of the Board of Directors of UNI Bank AD Skopje, and he held this position until 2016. With the change in the organizational chart in 2016, Mr. Krastev was elected and appointed as Chief Lending Officer, Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Officer. Since May 2019, with the new organizational chart, Mr. Krastev has been performing the functions of Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Delcho Krastev is responsible in the Bank for the operations of: Strategic Clients Unit, Branch Network, Treasury Unit, Security, Non-Banking Activities Service and Contact Center Service. Before joining the Bank, Mr. Delcho Krastev worked as Credit inspector at First Investment Bank AD Sofia. Mr. Krastev does not hold any positions other than the positions in the Bank.
