Management board
Delcho Krastev	President of the Board of Directors	Mr. Delcho Krastev joined Universal Investment Bank AD Skopje (UNI Bank AD Skopje) in 2003 as Head of the Corporate Lending Division. In 2008, Mr. Krastev was appointed Executive Director and Member of the Management Board of UNI Bank AD Skopje, a position he held until 2016. Following a change in the organizational structure in 2016, Mr. Krastev was appointed Chief Lending Officer, Member of the Management Board and Executive Director. Since May 2019, under the new organizational structure, Mr. Krastev has served as Executive Director and Member of the Management Board. Following amendments to the Articles of Association in 2025, Mr. Delcho Krastev continued to serve as a Member of the Management Board, and since 1 June 2026 he has held the position of Chairman of the Management Board. Mr. Delcho Krastev is responsible for the operations of the following organizational units within the Bank: Corporate Sales Division, Branch Network Division, Treasury Division, Security Division, Corporate Banking Division, Human Resources Division, Retail Banking Division, Digital Banking Division, Marketing and Advertising Division, Credit Centre Division, Non-Banking Activities Department and Contact Centre Department. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Delcho Krastev worked as a Credit Inspector at First Investment Bank AD Sofia. Mr. Krastev does not hold any positions other than his positions within the Bank.
Orlin Vatashki	Member of The Board of Directors	Mr. Orlin Vatashki has more than 20 years of professional experience in the banking sector. He worked at Piraeus Bank Bulgaria, Sofia, as Head of Department within the Non-Performing Loans Division; at MKB Unionbank Sofia, part of Bayern LB Germany, as Head of the Non-Performing Receivables Department; and at First Investment Bank, Sofia, as Head of the Non-Performing Assets Division. Mr. Vatashki joined Universal Investment Bank AD Skopje (UNI Bank AD Skopje) in August 2025 as a Member of the Bank’s Management Board. Mr. Vatashki is responsible for the operations of the following organizational units within the Bank: Risk Management Division, Finance and Accounting Division, Information Technology Division, Payment Systems Division, Non-Performing Loans Management Division, Card Operations Division, Credit Administration Division, Regulatory Compliance Department, Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Department, and Legal Affairs Division. Mr. Vatashki does not hold any positions other than his positions within the Bank.
